We would like to announce the 5% price increase on University Tower Malate (UT3). The price increase is effective as of December 1, 2011.
For those who wish to avail a unit, we have prepare for you a Special Scheme:
Bank Financing:
- You will pay only 5% of the total contract price for only 5 months [equally divided];
- Another 5% will be payable equally in 24 months;
- The 90% balance is payable through Bank Financing
Please note the buyer must secure bank approval before move-in. The first 5% has to be cleared before move-in
In-House Financing:
- You will pay only 5% of the total contract price for only 5 months [equally divided];
- The 95% balance is payable either Cash or In-House Financing. In-House Financing is available up to 5 years at 12% interest per annum.
Please note the buyer should issue complete Post Dated Checks and all other In-House Documents Requirements before move-in. The first 5% has to be cleared before move-in.
