Price Details

Choices of units start from 5th floor 22nd floor.

Terms of Payment:

• Felxible: 40% payable over 60 months or 5 years: 60% loanable amount payable thru Bank or In-House Financing
• Step-Up: 14% payable in 1st & 2nd year; 16.5% payable in 3rd & 4th year; 9.5% payable on the 5th year; 60% loanable amount payable thru Bank or In-House Financing

Note:

1. The Gross Total Contract Price is inclusive of 12% VAT & 5% Miscellaneous Charges.
2. Reservation Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3. Reservation Fee: P20,000 (Unit); P10,000 ( Parking )
